ABOUT US

Association of Thai Inclusive Tourism

Leading Thailand's vision of Tourism for All since our founding

Who We Are

Association of Thai Inclusive Tourism (ATIT)

or สมาคมไทยท่องเที่ยวเพื่อความทั่วถึงและเท่าเทียม (สททท.)

The Association of Thai Inclusive Tourism (ATIT) is a non-profit organization established to drive Thailand's vision of "Tourism for All." Our core mission is to ensure that travelers with disabilities, senior citizens, and individuals with specific accessibility needs can fully experience Thailand’s warm hospitality and vibrant destinations. As a civil society organization, ATIT serves as a central mechanism connecting the public sector, private enterprises, and international networks to develop an accessible tourism ecosystem. We collaborate closely with tour operators, hotels, transportation providers, and government agencies to elevate service standards, share best practices, and build a welcoming travel infrastructure nationwide. Thailand is among the pioneering countries in Asia to adopt accessible tourism as a key national principle, and ATIT proudly continues to advance this commitment on the global stage—most recently highlighted by our landmark partnership with ENAT at ITB Berlin 2026.

"Thailand’s participation in the World Summit on Tourism for All reinforces our long-term vision to make travel truly accessible. Equality and inclusivity are not just about infrastructure; they are about empathy, innovation, and collective collaboration."

Board & Committees

Introducing the ATIT Executive Committee

The Association of Thai Inclusive Tourism (ATIT) was founded by a dedicated group of professionals and experts across various fields, including tourism, education, community development, communications, and organizational management. We share a core belief: "Tourism should not be a privilege for a few, but an opportunity for everyone."

ATIT committees

This founding executive committee is fully committed to acting as a bridge to foster collaboration among the public and private sectors, academic institutions, local communities, civil society organizations, and international partners. Together, we strive to propel Thailand toward becoming a leading destination for inclusive tourism.

We firmly believe that "collaboration" is the key to unlocking a tourism ecosystem where everyone can access, participate in, and benefit equitably. This is just the beginning of our shared journey toward a Thailand that genuinely opens its arms to welcome all travelers.
